Kasia is an explorer at heart and brings a wide perspective and global mindset to her work. She has worked globally for 17 years working for global matrix organizations across Asia Pacific, North America, and Europe. She took a leadership role in IT, leading the implementation of new business systems for Roche Products across APAC, developing and managing very large teams. She also worked across the world – in Australia, Canada, China, Guatemala, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Philippines, Peru. New Zealand, United Kingdom, and United States.

Kaveh (MBA, MSc, MAPPCP) works with Executives in critical psychological processes such as thinking, motivation, learning, sensation, perception and emotion using Positive Behavior Change.
His interest and passion are in engagement, well-being, performance and leadership. Kaveh’s methodology is strength-based and follows the five foundational knowledge traditions of coaching: Humanistic psychology, Constructivism, Linguistics, Neuroscience and Positive Psychology.
Before working as an independent coach from 1997 to 2006, he was CEO of software house acquired from a management buyout from 3is and then CEO of an environmental consultancy operating in the UK and the Middle East. He started his career as a management consultant. Kaveh has a degree in computer science with three master degrees in Human-computer interaction, Applied Positive psychology and coaching psychology and an executive MBA.
Kaveh is an active member of ICF and has obtained a professional Certified Coached credential from ICF.
